1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to PlayStation Plus Games List at psplusgameslist.com. The site is an independent editorial and data project and is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through our contact form.
2. Information collected
- Contact submissions: name, email address, subject, message and submission time when you choose to use the contact form. The form does not request PlayStation passwords, payment details or account credentials.
- Basic request and security data: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, referrer, timestamps and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
- Search and filter inputs: search terms and catalog filters are transmitted in the requested URL so the server can return matching games. Do not enter personal information in the game search field.
- Advertising and measurement data: when advertising is enabled, Adsterra, Google and their partners may process cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other device or browser identifiers for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency control, measurement and, where consented, personalization.
3. Cookies, local storage and advertising
This site uses Adsterra display advertising. Loading an Adsterra placement connects the visitor's browser to Adsterra's advertising infrastructure, which may process request, device and browser information and use cookies or similar technologies to select, deliver, secure and measure advertising.
Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers as a result of ads being served on this site. When Google advertising is activated, this site is intended to use Google's certified Privacy & Messaging consent platform for eligible visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. The message must be published in the AdSense account before advertising is enabled. Where consent is legally required, advertising or analytics storage and personalized advertising must not be authorized until the visitor makes a choice through that message.
Visitors can also manage cookies through browser controls and, when the Google message is active, reopen the privacy choices from the footer link or the button below.
CMP status: the site code is ready for Google's certified Privacy & Messaging CMP, but the message appears only after the site Publisher ID is configured and the European regulations message is published in AdSense.
4. Other third-party services
- YouTube: some game pages embed trailers using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube may still receive request data when the player is loaded or used. You can instead follow the external YouTube link.
- Amazon Associates: clearly marked Amazon links are paid affiliate links. Opening them sends you to Amazon, which processes information under its own privacy policy. This site does not receive your Amazon payment details.
- PlayStation sources: official source and Store links lead to PlayStation properties governed by Sony's own privacy terms.
- Hosting and security providers: infrastructure providers process request and security data to serve and protect the website.
5. How information is used
Information is used to deliver requested pages, answer contact submissions, correct catalog data, secure the service, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose failures, understand aggregate site performance and fund the site through advertising or disclosed affiliate links. We do not sell contact-form information and do not use it to build advertising audiences.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with hosting, security, email, analytics, advertising or other service providers only as needed for the purposes described above; when required by law; or to protect users, the service and legal rights. Advertising partners receive data according to consent choices and their published policies. Contact submissions are not shared with Sony or Amazon unless you request that we forward a correction and doing so is necessary.
7. Retention and security
Contact submissions are normally retained for no longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed to resolve a request, document a correction or comply with law. Hosting and security logs follow the retention schedules of the relevant infrastructure provider. We use reasonable access controls and encrypted HTTPS transport, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may decline optional consent, reopen Google privacy choices where available, block or delete cookies in your browser, avoid embedded players and affiliate links, or submit a request to access, correct or delete information you previously provided. Rights vary by jurisdiction, and identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
9. Children
This general-audience game database is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Do not submit a contact form if you are not permitted to provide that information in your jurisdiction. If we learn that prohibited child data was submitted, we will delete it.
10. Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
